Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ('PDPL'), headquartered in Büyükdere Cad No: 129/1 Esentepe / Şişli / Istanbul, with central registration system number 0600002681400074, your personal information/data may be processed by us in the capacity of data controller by KUVEYT TÜRK KATILIM BANKASI A.Ş. within the framework described in the PDPL, may be declared to third parties where permitted by the legislation.

4. The Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be obtained by automatic and non-automatic methods, especially through the calls you make with our call center by applying to our Company.

5. Your Rights

You have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, to learn the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred, to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within
the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, to request information to be given to the third parties to whom it has been transferred in case your personal data is deleted or destroyed for the above reasons, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to request the compensation of your damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, by applying our Bank. While exercising your abovementioned rights, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged in accordance with the relevant legislation.
