Can Kuveyt Türk Mobile, Internet Branch and ATM passwords be the same? How many characters should the password have?
Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch passwords consist of 6 digits, while ATM passwords consist of 4 digits. Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch passwords are the same.
You can create a new password via the Password Change option under the Settings menu in Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch. If you do not remember your password, you can change it via the Forgot My Password/Instant Password section on Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch or by calling the Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center at 444 0 123.

How Can I Remove My SIM Block?
You can remove the SIM card block via the Internet Branch login screen or by using the SIM Block Removal menu under Kuveyt Türk Mobile User Settings with your card information.
After logging in to Kuveyt Türk Mobile, you can remove your SIM block without needing any additional information via Settings > Password Settings > Remove SIM Block.
You can also call the Customer Contact Center to remove your SIM block.
How Are Foreign Exchange Buying/Selling and Money Transfers Performed?
How Can I Open an Account via Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch?
You can perform buy and sell transactions via the Foreign Currency/Precious Metals menu on Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Banking. You can carry out internal transfers and EFT transactions using the Money Transfer menu; however, to complete this process, you need to know the recipient's IBAN or account number.
How Can I Perform an International Money Transfer?
You can perform international money transfers via the Foreign Currency Transfer (SWIFT) section under the Money Transfers menu on Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch.
We intermediate transfers made from account to account between natural persons.
Regardless of the currency you send, the amount is delivered to the recipient in the local currency of the receiving country.
Through the “Cost Comparison” screen on your mobile application, you can compare alternative foreign currency transfer systems, and via the “My Foreign Currency Transfers” screen you can track the sending status of your transfer.
You can make money transfers in USD, EUR or TRY via Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch.
For TRY: Enter the Money Transfers menu under All Transactions and choose either To Account or To IBAN.
For foreign currency: Enter the Money Transfers menu under All Transactions and perform your transaction by selecting either With SWIFT Code or To IBAN.
Our customers of Syrian nationality can only perform domestic money transfers in TRY.
How Can I Pay My Bills?
You can pay your bills via Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch. Enter the Payments menu and make your bill payments for contracted institutions via the Bill Payment section.
Can I Set Up Automatic Payment Orders?
You can set up automatic payment orders via Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch. To do this, enter the Payments menu and create automatic payment instructions for your bills belonging to contracted institutions.
Standing Money Transfer Order
You can visit the nearest Kuveyt Türk branch and speak with a customer representative to set up a standing money transfer order.
You can also use the Kuveyt Türk mobile application to create a standing money transfer order. You can complete the transaction by accessing the “Money Transfer” or “Orders/Instructions” section within the application.
