Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('PDPL'), your personal information/data may be processed by us in the capacity of the data controller by KUVEYT TÜRK KATILIM BANKASI A.Ş., headquartered in Büyükdere Cad No: 129/1 Esentepe / Şişli / İstanbul, with central registration system number 0600002681400074, within the framework described in the PDPL. 1. Your personal data such as your name and surname, full addresses, telephone numbers, Turkish ID number, e-mail address and immovable offer information will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Security Policy of our Bank as the Data Controller for the purposes of evaluating the offers you have made for the purpose of purchasing the immovable properties we own, contacting you, making an offer evaluation, providing you with services in accordance with the specifications and agreement, fulfilling the requirements of the agreements/specifications and offers, carrying out the immovable sales processes in case your offer is evaluated positively, and ensuring our Bank's reporting, information and document retention obligations provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of an agreement under Article 5/2 of the PDPL, provided that the processing of personal data of the parties to the agreement is necessary and does not prejudice the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject within the framework of the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
2. Your processed personal data may be transferred to public authorities, all real and legal persons, real and legal persons from whom services will be received or information will be provided within the framework of sending commercial electronic messages, in accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 6698 on the transfer of personal data.
3. Your personal data may be processed by means of offers you make through sahibinden.com, specifications and other documents issued with your electronic approval and/or signature, text messages, electronic mail, internet and similar automatic methods, as well as non-automatic methods through written proposal forms.
4. Your personal data may be stored for the period required by the purposes for which it is processed. If there is no other justification or legal reason, there is no international law or regulation, and the obligations arising from the agreements disappear; your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in the event that the purposes for which it is processed are no longer fulfilled.
5. You have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, to learn the third parties at home to whom your personal data is transferred, to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, to request information to be given to the third parties to whom it has been transferred in case your personal data is deleted or destroyed for the above reasons, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to request the compensation of your damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, by applying our Bank. If you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Bank, our Bank will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. While exercising your above-mentioned rights, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged in accordance with the relevant legislation.
