- There have been many changes in accordance with the Law on Cheques No. 5941 entering into force on December 20, 2009.
Promissory notes are official papers signed by someone to show what they are obliged to do or pay.
- Notes receivable are submitted to Kuveyt Türk a reasonable while before their maturity are registered and followed. Each note is collected at maturity and the receivables of note holder customers are registered into the current accounts at Kuveyt Türk.
- Kuveyt Türk also performs transactions notifying the notes to the debtor or ensuring the protest of dud notes through a notary.
