  • You can make an appointment at our branches and create a queue number via the "Branch Appointment" menu in the left menu.
  • Before going to the branch, you can create your queue number by choosing the type of transaction and the branch you want to go to. You can add the branches you frequently trade with to your favorites.
  • We kindly ask you to come to the branch before the appointment time determined by the queue number you have created.
  • If you will not be able to receive service during the time you have made an appointment, you can update or cancel the appointment time.
  • With the start of the time interval you have chosen, your queue number will be listed and you will be able to receive priority service.
  • You can create two appointments per day.
  • Only our Individual Customers will be able to benefit from the Branch Appointment Service.
