Exchange ATM

From our advantageous exchange rates, you can exchange your Dollar and Euros into TL from the Kuveyt Türk ATMs listed here.

Steps:
  • Press the "Enter" key to enter the Cardless Menu.
  • Login to the EXCHANGE  menu.
  • Select your language.
  • Dial your phone number with the country code.
  • Enter the password sent to your phone.
  • Select the currency type you will transact.
  • Enter the currency amount to be deposited.
  • Deposit the money and confirm the confirmation screen.
  • Please take the exchanged TL amount for your currency from the ATM (Do not forget to check the coin hopper!).
Points to note:
  • Exchange transactions can be made up to a maximum of TL 2,000 per day and up to TL 2,500 per month.
  • Only Euro and Dollar can be exchanged.
  • This transaction can only be done from the cardless menu.
 
Dollar Withdrawal ATMs

You can withdraw dollars from Kuveyt Türk ATMs listed here. You only need to have "Kuveyt Turk Dollar Account" for this. If you do not have a dollar account, you can open a dollar account through our bank's Internet Branch, Mobile Branch, XTM and telephone banking channels.

Steps:
  • Insert your ATM card and enter Cash Withdrawal Menu.
  • From Dollar and TL options, select "Dollar".
  • Enter the dollar amount you want to receive and take your money & receipt.
Points to be considered:
  • You can withdraw maxiumum daily the amount of dollars that corresponds to 3.000 TL on the daily rate.
  • You are given your money with 20 USD banknotes.
Lobby ATMs
The Kuveyt Türk ATMs listed here refers to our ATMs located in our branches.
The withdrawal limit for our Lobby ATMs is 10.000 TL while the daily withdrawal limit for our other ATMs is 3000 TL.
