- Thanks to its high-security interactive device, Self Point is as practical as an ATM and as functional as a physical branch.
Available Transactions at Self Point
You can carry out your transactions with an Self Point device in two different ways.
You can use your Kuveyt Türk card on the Self Point self-screen for many ATM transactions. Alternatively, you can start a video call to complete your banking transactions quickly and easily.

Considerations for Efficient Self Point Use
- Do not leave your ID and other vital documents on the device.
- Do not forget to take your card when your transaction is completed.
- Contact the bank staff in case of any unusual situation.
- Do not leave valuables on the device.
- Keep the cabin door closed during the transaction.
- Call Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center in case of any problem or if your card is withheld.
- Place the banknotes properly in the hopper when depositing money.
- Do not forget banknotes in the hopper during withdrawal.
- Place the signed documents in the envelope and leave them in the box.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Remember that video calls are recorded.
