Things to Consider When Making Mobile Banking

  • Keep your information up-to-date as the security steps involve verification of your information registered with our bank.
  • Do not share your Mobile Banking customer number and Single Password with anyone.
  • Do not keep your password written down physically or saved on your computer or browser.
  • Do not use easily identifiable days and dates, such as your or your relatives' birthdays, wedding anniversaries, phone numbers, the year your favorite team was founded, etc., as passwords. 
  • Do not use the same or consecutive numbers in your password.
  • When receiving any services, dial your Mobile Banking password. In case someone requests your passwords verbally or in writing, do not provide any information, end the call immediately, and inform our bank about the issue.
  • Your Single Password, which ensures the confidentiality and security of your transactions, must not be known by anyone, including your Kuveyt Türk customer representative.
  • If you make calls from phones belonging to others or in public areas, dial the number yourself. Always check whether you have dialed the number correctly. After the call, make sure that your passwords are not stored in the phone's memory.
  • Each transaction you make through Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center is audio recorded. Your transaction records are securely stored to protect customer privacy.
  • Before Mobile Banking transactions, our customer representative may ask you for some of your personal information for security purposes.
