Kuveyt Türk’s “ATM Security and Continuous Monitoring with Image Processing” project received the Bronze Award in the “Most Innovative Product” category at the Mastercard PSM Awards. The bank earned this prestigious award thanks to two innovative robotic processes implemented in the field of ATM security.
Within the scope of the project, ATM security risks have been brought under end-to-end control through solutions such as image processing-based keypad masking and real-time monitoring of ATM camera alerts. These solutions not only contribute to full compliance with regulations and legislation but also enable the early detection and prevention of potential security breaches. Thanks to continuous monitoring and instant intervention capabilities, the operational security level of ATMs is significantly enhanced.
