Kuveyt Türk Receives 3 Awards in Technology Excellence

Kuveyt Türk was honored with three awards in different categories at the Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards for its innovative projects in artificial intelligence and automation: Divit, Palmi GenAI, and SmartMail.

Kuveyt Türk continues to win global recognition with its innovative projects in artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and process development. In line with the bank’s technology and digital transformation vision, its AI and automation-based projects—Divit, Palmi GenAI, and SmartMail—were awarded in three separate categories at the Technology Excellence Awards organized by the internationally renowned Brandon Hall Group. This achievement demonstrates that Kuveyt Türk’s efforts focused on digital transformation and technological excellence are also appreciated on the international stage.

Silver Award for Divit Project in AI for Business Impact
Kuveyt Türk’s AI-powered document management system, Divit, received a Silver Award in the category “Best Advance in AI for Business Impact.” Divit stands out as a critical banking solution that strengthens document management by consolidating data and documents received from branches and digital channels into a single platform. Thanks to its intelligent classification and automation capabilities, it is expected to enhance efficiency, security, and channel consistency in processes, while significantly reducing operational workload upon implementation.

Bronze Award for Palmi GenAI in Generative AI
Palmi GenAI, developed specifically for Kuveyt Türk employees, was awarded Bronze in the category “Best Advance in Generative AI for Business Impact.” Positioned as a generative AI-based employee assistant, Palmi GenAI facilitates quick and accurate access to information on a wide range of topics—particularly banking products and services—helping employees deliver better customer service. Through AI agents, employees can quickly access information related to human resources, administrative services, and IT system errors; complete leave processes via a dialogue-based system; query information about colleagues; and instantly access branch performance indicators. Palmi GenAI stands out as an innovative digital coworker that enhances employee experience and increases operational efficiency.

Bronze Award for SmartMail Project in Business Process Automation
Kuveyt Türk’s SmartMail project, designed to optimize email management, received a Bronze Award in the category “Best Advance in Business Automation.” SmartMail offers a system that classifies incoming customer emails using AI-supported analysis methods and processes requests in an integrated manner with robotic process automation to deliver fast and accurate solutions. With the implementation of the system, it is expected that customer requests will be managed more effectively and that time and resource savings will be achieved in operational processes.
