Your Payments

• Automatic Payment: By signing up for standing order agreement in a Kuveyt Türk branch, you can have your credit card debt paid automatically from your account.
• Kuveyt Türk Branch or PTT: You can make payment at any Kuveyt Türk branch or at any online PTT branch.
• EFT: You can easily make payment via EFT by any retail bank in Türkiye.
• Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch and Call Center: You can make payment to your credit card by connecting our Internet Branch at www.kuveytturk.com.tr , downloading our Kuveyt Turk mobile application or calling to our Call Center: 444 0 123. You can need to sign up for Electronic Banking Service Agreement to get your PIN to make use of these services.

In Case Of Delay

In the evet of failure to repay the full amount by the end of the given period, or a particial repayment has been made, you will be charged an overdue fee for the period starting from the statement date until payment date or next statement date in case of no payment for the unpaid amount. Overdue rate for your credit cards is stated on agreement. Banks Insurance Transactions Tax and Resource Utilization Support Fund will be added to this amount.
