In cases where the limit allocation can’t be made, the limit can be increased by blocking the account up to the desired limit. I want to lower the limit on my credit card. What should I do?
You can create a limit lowering request by calling the Kuveyt Türk Call Center at 444 0 123. If your card is blocked, after your limit is lowered, you can go to your branch and have the block on your account removed as much as the lowered limit.
I would like the block on my account for my credit card to be removed. What should I do?

*In accordance with the "Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards" published in the Official Gazette dated 15.08.2018 and our Banking Practice;
- You can make an installment plan for transactions of TRY 100 and above*, and have 2 to 12 installments.
- In order for your transaction to be made in installments, you must determine the number of installments before the transaction.

- A maximum of 3 installments can be made for electronic goods purchases,
- A maximum of 6 installments for airlines, travel agencies, transportation, and accommodation expenses,
