At Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, we continue our efforts to help our customers with disabilities and those over the age of 70 easily access our banking services.
As part of our accessible banking efforts, we have made various improvements in banking services to make things easier for our visually impaired, hearing impaired and orthopedically impaired customers in all our branches, ATMs
, as well as in our internet and mobile branches
- There are call buttons at the entrance of our branches to allow our customers with disabilities to ask for help from our employees.
- Our XTM centers employ staff who knows sign language.
- Our ATM and POS machines have raised dots on the keys “5” and “enter”, ”delete”, “cancel” so as to make things easier for blind customers.
