When using external applications that use Kuveyt Türk's banking APIs, please keep the following points in mind to ensure smooth operation:

  • Do not use applications that are not on the list of external applications that use Kuveyt Türk APIs published in Kuveyt Türk API Market website.
  • If you are in any doubt, please call 444 0 123/0850 251 0 123 Call Center.
  • Kuveyt Türk sends SMS and e-mails to customers only for information purposes and does not request any information from customers. If you encounter such a situation call 444 0 123/0850 251 0 123 Call Center.
  • Do not share your personal information with others.
  • If you are not sure about your source, do not open the content that was sent to you via the addresses.
  • Use the key lock to prevent your mobile phone from being used by someone other than you.
  • When choosing a password, consider the following:
    •  Be sure to use a password that you have not used before.  
    •  Do not use passwords in your personal information, use complex passwords.
    •  Do not keep your passwords in any place that is easily accessible and can be used by someone else.
  • External applications can be processed for 24 hours as long as the session is not closed. At the end of 24 hours, the customer must make a reentry.
