How Can I Use the Voice Response System?

All Kuveyt Türk clients can use the Voice Response System by contacting the Customer Contact Center (444 0 123/0850 251 0 123).
What Passwords Can I Set via the Voice Response System?

ATM Card Password

You can follow these steps to set your ATM card password:

  1. Say "ATM card password retrieval" via voice IVR to access the relevant menu,
  2. Set your ATM card password by entering a Single Password or Temporary Card Password,
  • If you do not have a Single Password, complete the following steps to create a temporary password:
  1. Use your mobile phone registered with our Bank and text "SIFRE," the last 6 digits of your card with a space between them, and the CVV code on the back of your card to 2848,
  2. You will receive a 6-digit temporary card password valid for 36 hours. You can complete the process by calling 444 0 123.
  • If you wish to change your ATM Card Password:
  1. Access the relevant menu after saying "ATM card password change" over the voice IVR,
  2. In this menu, you can create a new password.

Credit Card Password

Follow these steps to set your credit card password:

  1. Say "Credit card password retrieval" via voice IVR to access the relevant menu,
  2. Set your credit card password by entering a Single Password or Temporary Card Password,
  • If you do not have a Single Password, complete the following steps to create a temporary password:
  1. Use your mobile phone registered with our Bank and text "SIFRE," the last 6 digits of your card with a space between them, and the CVV code on the back of your card to 2848,
  2. You will receive a 6-digit temporary card password valid for 36 hours. You can complete the process by calling 444 0 123.
  • If you wish to change your credit card password:
  1. Access the relevant menu after saying "Credit card password change" over the voice IVR,
  2. In this menu, you can create a new password.

Single Password

Follow these steps to get your Single Password:

  1. Say "Create Single Password" over IVR to access the relevant menu,
  2. In this menu, you can use your Kuveyt Türk card number and password to get a Single Password.
  3. If you do not have an active card, you can use your mobile phone's NFC feature. All you have to do is follow the Forgot My Password > Instant Password path and use your ID card to create a Single Password.
  4. If you do not have a phone with an NFC feature or a chipped ID card, you can visit the nearest Kuveyt Türk branch to set your Single Password. 
  • If you wish to change your Single Password:
  1. You can access the relevant menu after saying "Change Single Password" over Voice IVR,
  2. In this menu, you can create a new password after verifying your existing Single Password.
  • Lock If you wish to remove your Single Password:

You can access the relevant menu after saying "Single Password unlock" over Voice IVR. Follow the instructions to finalize the process.

Installing Kuveyt Türk Mobile

  1. Say "Install Kuveyt Türk Mobile" over IVR to access the relevant menu,
  2. You can request an installation link via the menu.

Lifting the SMS Block

  1. You can access the relevant menu by saying "SMS unblocking" over voice IVR,
  2. On the page that opens, enter your card number and password to unblock your SMS,
  3. If you do not have a Kuveyt Türk card, you can unblock SMS by visiting our nearest branch.
