ATM Card Password Transactions

Once you have called 444 0 123 and dial 1, you can reach the ATM Card Password Operations menu by pressing 1.  In this menu:

* Dial 1 to get your ATM card password.

You can set your ATM card password with a Single Password or a Temporary Card Password. To create your temporary password if you do not have a single password:
 
From your mobile phone registered in our bank; You can type "SIFRE", leave a space, type the last 6 digits of your card, leave a space, type the CVV code located on the back of your card, and send an SMS to 2848.
 
After sending the SMS, your 6-digit temporary card password is sent to you, and it is valid for 36 hours, afterwards you can complete your card password receiving processes by calling 444 0 123.

* Dial 2 to change your ATM card password.

In this menu, you can create your new password by typing your existing ATM card password.
 

Credit Card Password Transactions

Once you have called 444 0 123 and dial 1, you can reach the Credit Card Password Transactions menu by pressing 2.  In this menu:

*Dial 1 to get your credit card password

You can set your credit card password with a Single Password or a Temporary Card Password. To create your temporary password if you do not have a single password:
 
From your mobile phone registered in our bank; You can type "SIFRE", leave a space, type the last 6 digits of your card, leave a space, type the CVV code located on the back of your card, and send an SMS to 2848.
 
After sending the SMS, your 6-digit temporary card password is sent to you, and it is valid for 36 hours, afterwards you can complete your card password receiving processes by calling 444 0 123.

* Dial 2 to change your credit card password.

In this menu, you can create your new password by typing your existing credit card password.
 

Single Password Transactions

After calling 444 0 123 / 0850 251 0 123: 
  • To get your single password, press 1;
In this menu, you can complete the single password receiving processes with your bank card number and card password. If you do not have an active card, you can set your single password by visiting our nearest branch.
  • To change your single password, press 2;
In this menu, you can set your new password by typing your only existing password.
  • To deactivate your single password lock, press 3;
In this menu, you can perform your single password lock deactivation processes.

Installing for Mobile Branch

After calling 444 0 123 / 0850 251 0 123, by pressing 1.3.5.1. menus; you can access the Mobile Branch Installation menu. From this menu, you can send the download link of our mobile application to your mobile phone.

SMS Block Unlocking

After calling 444 0 123 / 0850 251 0 123, by pressing 1.3.4. menus; you can access the Mobile Branch Installation menu. In this menu, you can perform SMS blocking processes with your card number and card password defined for your individual account belonging to our bank.
 
If you do not have a card belonging to our bank, you can remove your SMS block by visiting our nearest branch.
