Established by Kuveyt Türk in an effort to support the technology oriented and scaleable business ideas, Lonca Entrepreneurs Center started this month to accept the applications for its sixth term. Applications in two separate categories, General and FinTech may be submitted till 30 January 2021 at http://www.loncagirisim.com. The eligible startups are offered a number of supports such as grants up to 40 thousand TL, training, mentoring, R&D, etc.
Established in 2017 by Kuveyt Türk in an effort to explore and support the technology oriented and innovative ideas, Lonca Entrepreneurs Center started this month to accept the applications for its sixth term. Planning to support 10 new entrepreneurs during its new training and mentoring term, the Lonca Entrepreneurs Center will accept applications from startups till 30 January 2021. Jüri değerlendirmesi sonrasında seçilecek girişimler için program, Şubat ayında başlayıp Ağustos ayında tamamlanacak.
Receiving around one thousand applications each term, the jurists at Lonca will consider a number of criteria such as the large size of target market of the project, having income or utility model and having a crew focused on the project.
Grants up to 40 thousand TL
Encouraging the entrepreneurs to focus on their work, the Lonca Entrepreneurs Center provides the teams with grants up to 40 thousand TL. Among the privileges offered by Lonca Entrepreneurs Center are R&D support for the entrepreneurs developing devices, API support for FinTechs, marketing and sales support, the support for all entrepreneurs to represent Türkiye in international contests and participation in overseas events. Moreover, Lonca entrepreneurs shall become prioritized in filing applications to Teknogirişim Venture Capital Investment Fund established in order to invest in startups.
TUBITAK BIGG grants up to 200 thousand TL
Lonca has been accredited as the implementing organization of the program for which TUBITAK provides grants up to 200 thousand TL to enterprises having innovative business ideas. In this process, which will be carried out in cooperation with ITU Çekirdek, initiatives with innovative business ideas will also have the chance to win a 200 thousand TL grant if they meet the requirements of TÜBİTAK as well as apply to Lonca. Lonca 1512 Individual Young Entrepreneurs Program (BIGG) applications are also accepted at www.loncagirisim.com.
