Carrying the convenience of being a customer to the distance of the phone, the bank offers to customers an easy and fast mobile banking experience remotely, without a mask, cost.
 
Providing services in the field of participation finance to its customers with its 437 branches throughout Turkey, Kuveyt Türk starts the era of becoming a remote customer via video calls with the legal regulation expected to come into force on May 1, 2021. Those who want to become Kuveyt Türk customers can become customers remotely via video call without going to the branch in the new era. It will be sufficient for Turkish citizens over the age of 18 who reside in Turkey to have their new type of identity cards with them while becoming customers via remote communication. Being a remote customer can be done from smartphones with NFC service. In the process of becoming a remote customer for which a wet signature is not requested, a current account will automatically be opened and a Kuveyt Türk Sağlam Nakit Card will be sent to the declared address. After the account is opened, customers will be able to start enjoying the advantages of Kuveyt Turk Mobile.
