The amount of death coverage specified in your policy is paid to the beneficiary specified in your policy, or to your legal heirs if no beneficiary is determined, in the event that you pass away within the term of the insurance.
In the event that you become permanently disabled as the result of an accident defined in the General Conditions of Personal Accident Insurance during the term of the insurance, the permanent disability guarantee amount specified in your policy is paid to you in proportion to your level of disability.
