What is Green Housing Financing?
Green Housing Financing is a type of financing designed to help individuals who wish to live in eco-friendly, energy-efficient homes become homeowners. You can apply for financing for homes in energy classes A and B, as well as those with a green building certification.
Who can apply to Green Housing Financing?
Kuveyt Türk customers who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Turkey are eligible to apply for Green Housing Financing. If you are not yet a Kuveyt Türk customer, you can join our customer base by opening an account quickly and conveniently via the Kuveyt Türk Mobile app.
Green Housing Financing Features
The amount of Green Housing Financing varies depending on whether the borrower, their spouse (if applicable), or their children under the age of 18 own at least one residential property, as well as the property’s appraised value, whether it is new or pre-owned, and its energy efficiency rating.
If the borrower, their spouse (if applicable), or their children under the age of 18 own at least one residential property, the available financing amount is reduced by 75%.

When creating a repayment plan, you can choose a term of up to 120 months. The repayment plan can be structured with fixed installments or irregular payments.
If you wish to purchase a home from ongoing (less than 85% complete) or completed (85% or more complete) projects of companies partnered with Kuveyt Türk, you can opt for the Partnered Housing Financing.
