Frequently Asked Questions About Secured Savings Account

How can I calculate my coverage payment?

In order to calculate your coverage payments, you need to know the monthly amount you deposit into the Secured Savings Account, the term, and your age.

For example, if you open a Secured Savings Account at the age of 25 with a 3-year term and a monthly payment of 1,000 TRY and make regular payments for 24 months while complying with the specified conditions, 24,000 TRY will accumulate in your account. You can receive a profit share of 2,000 TRY from this amount accumulated over 2 years.

If you pass away or get disabled in the 25th month, the coverage to be paid to your heirs in case of your death and to you in case of your disability will be 24,000*3 = 72,000 TRY. The reason for multiplying the total savings by 3 is that your age is between 18 and 30. The total payment you will receive with the profit share, coverage, and accumulated savings will be 98,000 TRY.

What happens if I make a withdrawal before the term ends?

If you withdraw money from your account before the term date, your account will be closed. You can receive 50% of the profit share of the amount accumulated in your account until the closing date.

How can I give payment instructions?

You can give your monthly payment instructions from your Kuveyt Türk credit card or your current account.
