Kuveyt Türk’s “Send it Already!”

Having preferred not to take any account maintenance fee from its customers since its establishment, Kuveyt Türk also does not charge any fee under any name whatsoever for EFT and bank wires made through the Internet and mobile branches. In 2018, the Bank carried out a total of 32 million bank wires made by its customers through the Internet and mobile branches and call centers without charging any fee. Kuveyt Türk, thanks to its sound banking approach, encourages its customers to save money rather than spending it.

Not charging any fee under any name whatsoever for EFT and bank wires made through the mobile branch, the Internet branch and call center, the bank also does not take any account maintenance fee from its customers.
 
Expressing that “no account maintenance fee” policy is not something new, but that it’s been implemented since the establishment of Kuveyt Türk in 1989, Ufuk Uyan, the General Manager of Kuveyt Türk added “We have been with our customers for 30 years with an ethical banking approach, and we do not take any account maintenance fee or charge any fees for bank wires and EFT transactions made through the call center, the Internet and the mobile branches. We ensure that the money our customers wire through the Internet and mobile branches reach their destination without any deductions. Thus, our customers are not exposed to any extra cost. In this way, we also encourage our customers to save money.”
 
No fees were charged for 32 million bank wires
Ufuk Uyan stated that the total number of customers of Kuveyt Türk, including natural and legal persons, approached 4.8 million, and said “Our customers welcomed Kuveyt Türk’s policy of not taking any account maintenance fee, and not charging any fee for EFT and bank wires through the Internet and mobile branches, and this approach also brings new customers to our bank every day. In 2018, we started to serve 521,000 new customers. Last year, we increased the customer satisfaction, which is one of the primary objectives of our bank, by taking no fees from 32 million bank wires in total, 68,000 of which were realized through our call center, 21.4 million through the mobile branch and 9.8 million through the Internet branch.

The first digital banking platform of participation banking, Your Bank also allows its customers to easily carry out many transactions without having to pay any commission from EFT/bank wire transactions to invoice payments, and from precious metal and foreign exchange transactions to stockjobbing. Your Bank customers can withdraw money from all ATMs three times a month free of charge.
 
Maturity, rates and terms do not change
Kuveyt Türk does not make any changes in the maturities, rates or terms in its contracts with its customers. Sharing the cost of the products and services in the banking sector with its customers clearly, the bank also does not sell products and services without providing detailed information first. Kuveyt Türk, thanks to its sound banking approach, encourages its customers to save money rather than spending it.
