Kuveyt Türk’s Banking School gets 10 awards at a time from Brandon Hall

360 degree training process with the mixed training model
Kuveyt Turk Banking School's training activities are not only aimed at the development of its employees, but also offer a unique learning experience.  At the banking school, besides supporting the knowledge and skills required by the positions of the employees with synchronous and asynchronous training programs, individual and group-specific training programs are conducted for people who work at different units but have common training needs, through customized training groups. In addition, foreign language development is supported by various game-based digital tools available to employees. All programs at Kuveyt Turk Banking School are carried out with a mixed learning experience. Accordingly, while classroom trainings are provided with the virtual classroom method on the one hand, training is supported with reading, listening, watching and application materials through the “Kuveyt Turk Banking School Digital Learning Platform”.
