Pursuing its principle of investing in R&D and innovation and having realized some major projects in the field of FinTech, Kuveyt Türk now provides students and newly graduated engineers with an opportunity to pursue careers and to study further education in the field of Information Technology, if they can think innovative and develop innovative ideas.
Selected candidates will be recruited as part of the Techno MT (Management Trainee) program and be entitled to study an MBA degree to be sponsored by Kuveyt Türk.
Kuveyt Türk’s Techno Campus program will provide third- and fourth-year students of faculties of engineering with an opportunity to work and gain experience concurrently with their education.

Introducing technological applications providing customers with fast and easy solutions to increase its productivity, Kuveyt Türk now launches two new recruitment projects, entitled Techno MT 2017 and Techno Campus 2017, to provide students and young graduates with an opportunity to gain experience and make career in the Information Technology side of banking.

Giving information about their Techno MT 2017 project designed to groom the IT management executives of the future and their Techno Campus 2017 project for third- and fourth-year students of faculties of engineering, Aslan Demir, Deputy Managing Director Strategy Group of Kuveyt Türk, said: “The Turkish banking industry undergoes transition to the digital age at an ever increasing speed. Techno MT for Management Trainees
Emphasizing that their Techno MT (Management Trainee) program offers new graduates of faculties of engineering or candidates having a maximum work experience of three years an opportunity to improve themselves in the Information Technology field of banking and to become management executives of the future, Aslan Demir said: “We train the candidates with an exemplary training program whose content designed by the leading educational institutions of Türkiye. Techno MT program provides young graduates with an opportunity to study an MBA degree sponsored by Kuveyt Türk. Thus the candidates will be able to put in practice the theoretical knowledge they gained, while working for Kuveyt Türk. Techno Campus program, on the other hand, is an employment and social responsibility project we designed for students of faculties of engineering who are willing to improve themselves in the field of Information Technology. It lasts until students graduate from their faculties and is scheduled in such a manner to allow students to have it concurrently with their education.”
Free of charge MBA education
Participants admitted to the Techno MT 2017 program of Kuveyt Türk are trained on basic banking and personal improvement first. As part of their training program, they rotate across various departments of this bank, then they take measurement and assessment tests and have a chance to be recruited to work at a branch or head office department depending on the results of those tests. Candidates recruited after completing the MT program are given an opportunity to study an MBA degree sponsored by Kuveyt concurrently to integrate their training and careers. Techno MTs are provide with career management support in addition to the professional and individual career planning support by Kuveyt Türk. Techno Campus provides special education for third- and fourth-year students
Kuveyt Türk Techno Campus 2017 targets third- and fourth-year university students. Counted as summer internship too, this program lasts until the student graduates. Students of computer software engineering, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering, business engineering and management information system programs of universities are eligible to apply for this program where they work part time at the Banking and Living Base of Kuveyt Türk for minimum one day a week. Depending on the performance they achieve after graduating from their programs, participants are given priority for employment in this bank.
