Standing out with its innovative products and services, Kuveyt Türk will soon introduce a much more advanced version of the Online Finance system which has been available to its customers since 2016, now to all of its corporate customers. In the new system which offers end-to-end cash financing in digital environment, mobile confirmation will be used instead of wet signature, and OCR technologies and e-invoice solutions will be incorporated into the process.
Leading participation finance institution in Türkiye, Kuveyt Türk aims to offer the new Online Finance service enabling its corporate customers to benefit from financing support without visiting a branch, in the first quarter of 2021. Thanks to the new system, Kuveyt Türk's corporate customers will be able to use online cash financing at any time, with favorable terms and profit rates, via the internet branch. In this way, corporate customers will be able to enter and follow their financing requests through the internet branch whenever they want without going to the branch, and also opt for mobile confirmation instead of wet signature. The customers will be able to use financing much more swiftly thanks to OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and e-invoice solutions as part of the new system.
Mr. Abdurrahman Delipoyraz, Executive Vice President in Charge of SME Banking at Kuveyt Türk said, “We had offered the first online murabaha process to our customers in 2016. Our customers are able to use our service, which we call Online Finance, from the online branch since 2016. We had launched our Online Finance service in order to offer our fund utilization processes end-to-end to our customers digitally, and to increase automation and efficiency in our branch processes. After almost five-year experience, we have redesigned our process with a focus on experience and efficiency. We used statistical data especially in our decision making and control steps. We have included OCR technologies and e-invoice solutions in our new Online Finance process with mobile confirmation instead of wet signature. We have introduced some innovations for our customers not only in our digital channels but also in our branch processes. We had started using a number of innovations in our branches in 2020 such as fast financing entry, mobile confirmation, e-invoice etc. enabled by the new system. On the other hand, in our online branch, after the completion of our pilot applications, we will offer our new Online Finance service to our corporate customers in the upcoming months of 2021. Our goal is not only to provide services through digital channels, but also to enable our customers to perform their transactions beyond working hours”.
