Award to Kuveyt Türk's Next Generation XTM solution from IDC Turkey

Combining to customer-oriented approach with innovative products and services, Kuveyt Türk was deemed worthy of an award in the "Future of Work - Workplace Efficiency" category at the 13th IDC Turkey CIO Summit 2022 with New Generation XTM solution, which it provides video communication services to its customers.

Turkey's leading participation finance institution, Kuveyt Türk was deemed worthy of an award at the 13th IDC Turkey CIO Summit 2022, organized by the International Data Corporation (IDC), which provides consultancy and event services in the fields of information technologies, telecommunications and consumer technologies in more than 110 countries. Kuveyt Türk's New Generation XTM solution, which provides video communication services, was awarded the second prize in the "Future of Work - Workplace Efficiency" category.  At the ceremony held, the award was presented to Kuveyt Türk Information Technologies Group Manager Hadi Rubacı and Digital Channel Management Manager Seda Yılmaz.

As practical as an ATM, as rich as a branch!

Thanks to Kuveyt Türk's new generation banking solution XTM, customers can easily perform their banking transactions by connecting to the call center via video conference. Developed entirely with domestic internal resources, XTM offers equipment as practical as an ATM and as rich as a branch with high-security interactive special digital device. In addition to Turkish, connections may be made in English, Arabic and sign language options. In the XTM device, customers may perform their transactions in two different ways.  Using their cards, customers may easily perform many ATM transactions via the XTM self screen. Also, customers may initiate video calls and complete their banking transactions quickly and practically with the support of a customer representative.

Kuveyt Türk Information Technologies Group Manager Dr Hadi Rubacı stated that thanks to the New Generation XTM solutions, they combine the service richness of traditional branches with the practicality of ATMs and said, " Our customers may easily connect to the call center through our XTM service and perform all their transactions quickly, practically and securely via video. The small size of the New Generation XTMs enables us to serve in more locations. Our customers may easily open an account by scanning their IDs with the NFC reader included in the New Generation XTM solution. The New Generation XTM solution also has a sign language feature for the hearing impaired. Hearing-impaired individuals, whether they are Kuveyt Türk customers or not, are greeted by an expert who knows sign language when they connect to the call center with a single click from XTMs. With all these features, the fact that the New Generation XTM was deemed worthy of such an important award made us happy that the effort was rewarded. We continue to increase our efforts at the point of development of XTM.
