Steps of “Forgot The Password”


If you forget your password, follow these steps in order.  
  • Click Forgot Password / Instant Password: If you do not remember your password when you enter the Kuveyt Türk website internet branch, click 'Forgot password / Instant password' in the lower right corner.
  • Fill in the information completely: Fill out the needed information completely.
  • Enter the password sent with SMS: Please Input the password that comes to your mobile phone in 3 minutes and press the “Enter” button.
  • Log in to your account with the latest password: You can write your password and your customer number and log in to your account.
