Preparing employees for the future
Kuveyt Türk draws attention with its new generation of human resources applications that increase employee satisfaction and win awards. Kuveyt Türk implemented the new career model Development Kitchen project, which removes the titles, writes the career descriptions of the employees themselves and gains experience in different fields, and prepares the employees for the competencies of the future, last year with a first in the financial sector. Development Kitchen, on the one hand, enables employees to deepen their current jobs and to prepare for the future, on the other hand, it offers employees the opportunity to gain experience in different fields by collecting and scoring practices such as inter-departmental rotation, experience-oriented temporary assignments and on-the-job trainings in the Development Basket. The Dual Career Structure, which is far from title and promotion pressures, allows employees to draw different career routes by focusing on their own development journey. Employees are offered a different career path with online trainings, certificates, rotations and graduate processes determined according to the necessity of the job, provided that the desired conditions are met in seniority and performance. Employees with sufficient performance and seniority also benefit from an additional salary increase according to their level and job.
Continuous development with Kuveyt Türk Academy

Employees involved in talent programs are both given free graduate support in certain universities and in-class and online education opportunities that contribute to their career goals. In-house rotation is also offered for them to experience different units and improve themselves. Many employees who progress rapidly in their careers by completing these programs are positioned as managers both in the field and in the general management units. In Kuveyt Türk, managers and directors from strategy to innovation, from individual marketing to commercial marketing are entrusted to MTs. In addition, future managers are trained with Tech Talent and D3.
