How can I become a member?
Most of our Call Center services (for instance, receiving information about our products and services such as your credit cards, your account information, profit shares distributed to deposit accounts, exchange rates, retail loans and loan rates, etc.) do not require membership. Membership is required only for making use of our Telephone Banking services.
In order to make use of our Telephone Banking services, you should first become one of our Kuveyt Turk customers and then receive a Telephone Banking password. The only thing that you need to do to open an account is to visit the nearest Kuveyt Turk branch or to submit an Account Opening application via Senin Bankan (Your Bank) digital banking platform.
You can identify and set your telephone banking password using the keys of your own phone after calling 444 0 123 / 0850 251 0 123.
