As part of our accessible banking efforts, there are call buttons at the entrance of our
branches
to allow our customers with disabilities to ask for help from our employees
We have re-designed the statements available on the branch doors to show Branch Name and Working Hours also with Braille letters.
The raised walking surfaces at the entrance of our branches help our visually impaired customers to easily find private banking employees.
Our internet and mobile branches, as well as our website have been aligned with screen reading programs to enable our customers with disabilities to access our services via these programs.
All
contracts and forms
have been made available on our corporate website to make them accessible for our customers. Customers with disabilities have the chance to listen to these contracts via screen reading programs.
Our website has been improved with features to enlarge and reduce fonts so as to help our partially-sighted customers and those over the age of 70 read the content easily.
Our ATMs are equipped with voice menu services. Voice menu helps our customers with disabilities easily perform transactions such as balance queries, cash withdrawal and deposit, credit card debt queries and credit card debt payment. After connecting the headphones, screen darkens to activate the voice menu service. The button next to the headphone jack allows changes to voice level. In addition, our
ATMs
have raised dots on the middle key and the keys “enter”, ”delete”, “cancel” so as to make things easier for blind customers.
We have made it possible for the information and one-time password SMSs sent as part of our Internet and Mobile Banking services to be read using screen reading programs.
