Kozahan Water Fountain Restoration - Bursa
The mosque and fountain found in the centre of the Koza Inn at the centre of the Bursa sericulture in the past, has been restored similar to the original. Within the control of the Regional Directorate for Foundations, the mosque and fountain were restored to its original state within the framework of maintaining these historical features that have battled against disappearing by the Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank.
The Koza Inn found in the wide space between Ulucami and the Orhan Mosque was built in 1492 by Bayezıd II. in order to provide an income for the mosque and madrasah in Istanbul. The architect of the Inn was Abdül-ula bin Pulad Şah. It is two stories high. There are in total 95 rooms, 50 of which are on the top story and 45 on the ground floor.
