As the top management of Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank; we promise that

  • All of the complaints from our clients shall be recorded,
  • Without discriminate between client segments, process of solution shall be initiated on the same day regarding the complaint,
  • If our client is right about his/her complaint, necessary reviews shall be made for improving work flows and processes regarding the complaint,
  • All of our employees shall always and in any case be kind to our complaining client,
  • All of our employees shall convey the complaints from our clients to the Customer Satisfaction Service,
  • Our complaining client shall be provided feedback about his/her complaint within maximum 5 business days,
  • In case of complaints which take more than 5 business days for a solution due to special cases, our client shall be informed about each step of the solution processes.
