You can increase your credit card limit through the branch and call center. In cases where the limit allocation can’t be made, the limit can be increased by blocking the account up to the desired limit. I want to lower the limit on my credit card. What should I do?
You can create a limit lowering request by calling the Kuveyt Türk Call Center at 444 0 123. If your card is blocked, after your limit is lowered, you can go to your branch and have the block on your account removed as much as the lowered limit.
I would like the block on my account for my credit card to be removed. What should I do?
First, you need to go to your branch and pay off all the debt on your card. After the payment process is completed, the blocked amount in your account will be activated by the branch after 1 business day.

Your cards with Mastercard and Visa emblem can be used abroad. Troy cards are valid only in Türkiye.

If the debt of your credit card is not paid by the payment due date, it will be automatically withdrawn from the account. If there is no money in TRY checking accounts, the amount you owe is collected by converting the amount from your foreign currency and precious metal checking accounts.

The minimum payment amount for card statement is 100%. In other words, our customers must pay the entire account statement.
How can I make installments when shopping with Sağlam Card?
- You can make an installment plan for transactions of TRY 100 and above*, and have 2 to 12 installments.
- In order for your transaction to be made in installments, you must determine the number of installments before the transaction.
*In accordance with the "Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards" published in the Official Gazette dated 15.08.2018 and our Banking Practice;
- A maximum of 3 installments can be made for electronic goods purchases,
- A maximum of 6 installments for airlines, travel agencies, transportation, and accommodation expenses,
- And a maximum of 9 installments for health product purchases.
- Expenditures on telecommunications, direct marketing, expenditures abroad, transactions that do not involve a tangible good or service such as food, fuel, cosmetics, office supplies and gift cards, gift certificates, gold, silver, foreign currency, tax, insurance, bill payments, membership transactions can not be paid in installments.
- A maximum of 12 installments can be made in other sectors without installment restrictions.

You can change your installment number by texting the desired number of installments to 2848 Taksit (space) and the Last 4 Digits of your Card Number (space), from all operators to change installments by SMS.

You earn a Gold Point of 0.1% on all installment and non-installment expenses you make with the Sağlam Card. The Gold Points you earned are accumulated and transferred to your Gold Checking Account as soon as they exceed TRY 10. In addition, if you regularly spend TRY 200* or more in each statement period for 12 months and pay your outstanding balances on time**, you will earn gold points worth TRY 50.
