We take care to make sure that all of the banking information we give our customers is clear.

We do not, under any circumstances, charge our customers account maintenance fees.

We support our customers making a profit we do not want to gain by putting them under the burden of debt.

We do not charge our customers any amount of account maintenance fees over internet branches, including EFT.

We do not apply any kind of unethical sales tactics to dissuade consumers.

We do not make sales over the call center; we do not support the sale of any product or service without giving detailed information.

We make sure that our customers with the same amount of savings receive the same rights.
