Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank built the Mobile Branch app as a free app.

This page is used to inform app users regarding our policies with the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our app.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our app, we require you to provide us with certain personally information,

• Photo / Media / File: Required to upload photos from gallery for profile.
• Camera: Required for QR Code Withdrawal / Deposit / Payment and Take Profile Photo functions.
• Location: The location is taken so that the nearest Kuveyt Türk screen can operate. In the Withdrawal with QR Code, location information is obtained as required by law. It is optionally available on the money transfer screen to provide extra security to customers. Location information is not received in the background when the application is not in use or closed.
• Contacts: It is used for sending money to a GSM number and for loading TL (credits) to a GSM number.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our app, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data include information such as your device name,operating system version, configuration of the app when utilising our app, the time and date of your use of the app.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your devices’s internal memory..

This app does not uses "cookies".

We want to inform users of this app that we don't employ third-party companies and individuals to access to your Personal Information.

Your banking transactions are safer than ever with our new approval framework which verifies your mobile phone. Once you verify your smartphone for the first time, the Mobile Branch will recognize you and allow you to log in with a single PIN. Do not forget your PIN. You will be asked to enter your PIN every time you log in to the Mobile Branch.
