• In the Security steps, your information recorded at our Bank is verified. Therefore, it is important that your information must be up-to-date.
  • Do not share with any person the customer number and telephone banking password that you use in your Telephone Banking transactions.
  • Do not write your password anywhere or record it into a computer or scanner.
  • Do not assign your password using special days and dates such as your or your relatives’ birthdays, wedding anniversary, telephone number, the year of foundation of your favourite team, etc. or easy-to-guess information such as the same or successive numbers, etc.
  • Enter by dialling the password that you will use for receiving telephone banking services. If your passwords are requested verbally or in writing, do not absolutely disclose them; immediately terminate your calls and inform the Bank about the issue.
  • Nobody but you – not even your Kuveyt Turk Customer Representative – can know your telephone banking password ensuring the privacy and security of your transactions.
  • Dial yourself the number that you are calling for making a conversation from any other person’s telephone or the telephones in public areas. Make sure that you have dialled the correct number. After the calls that you have made, make sure that the transaction passwords that you have dialled are not stored in the memory of the phone.
  • There is a voice record stored in relation to every transaction that you make at the Telephone Banking Branch. Your transaction records are stored in a safe and secure manner as required or protection of customer privacy.
  • In the transactions that you perform via Customer Representatives, our Customer Representative will ask you some of your personal information before starting your transaction.
