  • Two-Stage Login Screen:

    In order to access our Internet Banking, firstly, customer number and password are entered. Secondly, PIN is asked on the next screen. The customers who use mobile signature or PINmatic are asked on the PIN screen to login by either of these security applications.

  • Virtual Keyboard:

    Virtual keyboard prevents your password from being stolen against the risk of Key Logger programs installed into the computer in public places such as internet cafes.

  • Mobile Signature

    Pursuant to the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, Mobile Signature is an identity authentication service equivalent to wet signature in electronic environments. You may receive this service by using Turkcell GSM sim card. You may use Mobile Signature in part or in whole on the Kuveyt Turk Internet Branch. In the use of only Mobile Signature, only Mobile Signature is used instead of PIN and no secret word is used for the transactions requiring approval. On the other hand, in the use of both PIN and Mobile Signature, Internet Branch is accessed by choosing either PIN option or Mobile Signature option. In money transfer approval transactions, the user logging in with PIN is asked secret word while the transaction of the user logging in with Mobile Signature is approved with Mobile Signature.

  • PINmatic

    PINmatic device is used for the password generated only by the PINmatic device instead of PIN. PINmatic device generates a single-use password and does not allow for using the same password for the second time. Once generated, lifetime of a password is 40 seconds.

  • Transaction Limits

    You may lower your Internet transaction limits on the Internet Branch. However, for limit increase, you may get in contact with 444 0 123 Call Center or your branch.

  • IP Restriction

    Restricting IP on the Internet Branch or from the Call Center, you may ensure that our Internet Branch is accessed with your customer number only on the IP address you determine. For restriction removal, you may get in contact with 444 0 123 Call Center or your branch.

  • Country-Based IP Restriction

    Restricting IP on the base of country on the Internet Branch or from the Call Center, you may ensure that our Internet Branch is accessed with your customer number only in the country you determine. For restriction removal, you may get in contact with 444 0 123 Call Center or your branch.

  • Account Restriction

    You may authorize your account on the Internet Branch only with monitoring and close it to monetary transactions. For restriction removal, you may get in contact with 444 0 123 Call Center or your branch.

  • Defined Remittee Restriction

    In the money transfer transactions you shall make on the Internet Branch, you may transfer money only to the existing defined remittees. For restriction removal, you may get in contact with 444 0 123 Call Center or your branch.

  • Time Control

    You may authorize transactions on the Internet Branch only at the time interval you determine and prohibit transactions on the Internet Branch from being made outside this time interval. For restriction removal, you may get in contact with 444 0 123 Call Center or your branch.

Responsibilities of Our Customers
  • In order to use the Internet Branch, login by entering www.kuveytturk.com.tr in your browser.
  • Beware of the e-mails which are claimed to be sent by Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank. Kuveyt Turk sends only informatory e-mails and does not ask you to give any information. In such a case, please notify by calling 444 0 123 Call Center.
  • Please take the following into consideration while selecting an Internet Password, PIN and Secret Word:
    • Take care to use a different password.
    • Do not use your personal information as a password, PIN or secret word.
    • Do not keep in your wallet or computer or note down your Internet Branch information in such a way to be easily accessible by or pass into the hands of others.
  • Protect your computer against viruses and similar programs. Make sure that an anti-virus program is installed and up-to-date in your computer.
  • That a firewall software is installed in your computer is an important factor in terms of your security.
  • Do not use Internet Banking in an internet café or on a foreign or insecure computer.
  • Increase your security by keeping your web browsers up-to-date.
  • Check your Internet Banking security settings and create an architecture suitable for you.
